I'm Caitlin! As a board-certified holistic practitioner and certified iridologist, I’ve spent years learning how to see the body differently. My background in Women’s Studies and Psychology, plus advanced training in Natural Medicine, and now my work as a PhD candidate in Natural Medicine, all give me the tools to help people understand their bodies on a deeper level.
And yes, I get it—I’m also a mom and a leader, so I know what it’s like to juggle a lot and still want to feel like yourself again. My goal is simple:help people rebuild trust in their bodies, especially women who’ve been taught to ignore theirs.
I was exhausted all the time—juggling work, my kids, and managing my own health felt impossible. I felt completely disconnected from my body. Caitlin’s approach gave me clarity, helped me regulate my body, and provided me with a plan to feel more energized,
